Bonsoir comment pourrais je faire pour récupérer un mot de passe d une adresse mail ou Microsoft répond qu ils ont pas assez d information pour que je fasse une reinitialisation de mot de passe ??

- J ai effectivement essayer comme cela mais aucune des 2 propositions pour envoyée un code est toujours valable ( adresse de récupération pas valide et numéro de téléphone plus correct ) donc je suis un peu bloquée

Yes, but only by filling out the form correctly and entering the code is a confirmation that you are the owner of the account.
