A little lost! I have tried to both answer questions in OneNote Community and ask Questions
within OneDrive community and the response I receive is: You do not have rights to continue please use your browsers back button." I'm sure it is me... But I don't understand the purpose of my being...

maybe post a screenshot of the error message you are receiving? it could be outdated browser cache but screenshot will help
