55306 Microsoft power apps platform

Hi Team Member,

I have to deliver this course 55306 Microsoft power apps platform. I can see in labs there is no any M365 and Dynamics 365 credential.

Now for delivery I can arrange M365 credential for participants to do the lab activity but how can I arrange D365 credential.

Is there any way I can opt trail version for D365 that can support for completing the D365 task?

    hi abhiit​  yes, there is a way to get Dynamics 365 (D365) credentials via a free trial, which should work perfectly for your course delivery when constructing hands-on labs. Here’s how to make that happen and what to watch out for:

    a.Set Up a Free Dynamics 365 Trial Environment

    • Microsoft offers 30-day free trials for various Dynamics 365 applications—like Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.—accessible via the Dynamics 365 free trial page.
    • To sign up, navigate to the trial page, select the module you need, click “Try for free”, and register using a work, school, or organizational email—not a personal address. If you use a personal email, your access will be limited or blocked.
    • Once registered, you'll receive credentials to access the trial environment. These include built-in demo data and guided task flows—ideal for lab scenarios.

    You can create multiple trials, but only one trial per app at a time is allowed.

    b.Add Users to the Trial Environment

    • As the admin of the trial tenant, you can invite participants using the Microsoft 365 admin center (which is included in the trial). Assign them appropriate security roles so they can access and practice in the environment.

    c.Extending or Re-issuing Trials

    • Trials last 30 days, and some can be extended for another 30 days through the admin center—or you can register a fresh trial after one expires.

    Next Steps for Your Course Delivery

    1. Decide which D365 modules your participants need (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, etc.).
    2. For each module:
      • Register a trial using an organizational email.
      • Add participants via the M365 Admin Center and assign roles.
    3. For F&O content:
      • Identify appropriate Microsoft Learn modules and instruct participants to launch the VM sandbox directly from there.
    4. Monitor trial expiration and renew or create new trials as needed.
