What do you think makes a mobile app successful?

While working on mobile app projects at The Apps Developers, I’ve noticed that launching an app is really just the beginning.

Once an app is live, factors like performance, regular updates, security, user feedback, and ongoing improvements can have a major impact on how people continue to use it.

I’m curious about how others approach this. From your experience, what matters most after an app goes live? Is it performance, user feedback, new features, maintenance, or something else?
