For us, one of the biggest blockers has been aligning priorities between stakeholders. Sometimes the technology is ready, the budget is approved, and the team has the skills, but different departments have different expectations and timelines.
What has helped is involving key stakeholders earlier in the planning process and setting clear success metrics from the beginning. Regular communication and smaller milestone-based deliveries have also reduced misunderstandings and helped build confidence in the project.
I'm curious whether others have found organizational alignment to be as challenging as technical or budget-related constraints.
