Legacy Outlook on Mac

I use Office 2024 Home & Business for Mac with a work Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online mailbox. Before installing Office 2024, I used Legacy Outlook. The option to revert to Legacy Outlook is now missing.

Is there any supported way to restore the previous Outlook for Mac interface while keeping my Office 2024 license and existing mailbox data?

I really don't like this layout.
