Issue with Microsoft Copilot App
Hello,
I would like to report a technical issue with the Microsoft Copilot app. The application is not functioning as expected. I will describe the details below. Thank you in advance for your support.
After the most recent update to the application in mid-October 2025, it is no longer possible to generate any graphics. Within the app, I only see a blank field. Graphics do work when logging in through various browsers, but not within the app itself. This is quite inconvenient. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it did not resolve the issue. I kindly ask for assistance.
Best regards,
Izabella

Hello Izabella,
if images generate correctly in the browser but show blank inside the Copilot app, this usually points to a local rendering/component issue, often Edge WebView2, cache, or network filtering. Here below some steps to try on Windows:
- Sign out and back in, also sign out from other sessions if possible, then restart the app
- Repair and/or Reset the Copilot app: Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Microsoft Copilot > Advanced options > Repair, and then Reset
- Update Microsoft Edge and WebView2 Runtime, then reboot: Copilot uses WebView2
- Temporarily disable VPN, proxy or other security filtering and retest: these can block required endpoints
- Test on another network, i.e. mobile hotspot or a new Windows profile to rule out profile or cache corruption.
If it persists, could you share your Windows version, Copilot app version, whether the device is managed Intune/AV, and any relevant Event Viewer entries and errors around the time the blank image area appears?
Please let us know how it goes.- IzabellaCopper Contributor
