Student can no longer access their Class Notebook content.

One of my students can only see the "welcome" section when he opens his science notebook.  All of his content is not there.  When I go into his notebook from my end, it is all there.  I have synced the notebook and this has not resolved the problem.  He has been unable to do his work for two days now and I am at a loss as to how to help him.
