Section Groups can only move, not copy

Why is this? When you right click on a section, you get 'Move or Copy'

When you right click on a section group, you only get 'Move'

We do our appraisals with Class Notebooks (because that's how it suits us). It adds hours to the set up because we have to manually copy master sections to each teacher, instead of being able to copy the whole section group.
