Response (load) times for Class Notebooks within a Team (Australian EDU Tennant)

After using MS Classroom and associated Class Notebooks in 2017 we were looking forward to the Teams for EDU implementation for 2018.

 

We are finding the response/load time for Teams abysmal - particularly when selecting the Class Notebook Tab and waiting for the Notebook to load.   We get the same slow response times from the Browser as well as the Teams App.

 

If anyone can let me know a good way to quantify/measure/benchmark  I'm all ears.

 

Other O365 functions don't seem to bad.  We are a huge Yammer site - response times there are good, as with OneDrive generally as well.

 

Any feedback very welcome.
