No notebooks showing up in manage notebooks

Hi, I want to edit the permissions in some sections on the collaboration space so students have a specific area for their group's project. I have done this before and it has worked fine. Tried to do it today and when I go to manage notebooks absolutely no notebooks show up. Usually I have a long list of them.  Any suggestions?
