Insert Camera Function in OneNote 2016

Have all the features of the different versions of OneNote available on the desktop (Classic) app, in particular, the Insert Camera button that optimises a picture for Whiteboard and document.   On...

It was not in the Desktop version - "OneNote 2016".
It is in the UWP Windows Store version "OneNote" and you can also install the separate UWP Windows Store App "Office Lens".
