ClassNotebook Access to contents

I´d been using this software for a couple of years without any trouble to access it.

My organisation refurbished all computers to Windows 10 last summer. Since September it is being very slow or impossible to access the program from the browser, or from Outlook. On the other hand there is no trouble to open it in the App. Any thoughts on this will be appreciated. Tahnks
