Class Notebooks can not be created in Teams for Edu
Hi. We have noticed over the last 96 hours or so that Class Notebooks are not creating Teams for Edu.
The error received is "We had a problem with setting up your Class Notebook. Try again in a moment."
You try again... it reports that it already exists.... you Refresh and it's back to the Crteate Wizard.
Has anyone else experienced this? Australian Tenant. Thanks...C

Also in NZ, I had this issue yesterday and today and suddenly a pop up appeared asking me to install the class notebook extension for One Note which I did. Now is working: class notebook is showing.

I had this problem all day long. I just tried again and the problem has resolved, at least it has for me. Try it again.

I've just been on the phone to Shanghai Support..... they don't believe me!!
Hi Chris- yes, we're experiencing this in New Zealand. Very frustrating as we've rolled out Teams this year to the whole school. We've also noticed that as students are shifted around in our database (KAMAR) as inevitably happens at the start of the year, they aren't moving around the Teams (as they should with SDS).
