Error on the December licenses guide for Field Service contractor

I would like to validate the error and know and Field Service mobile is inclued or not in Field Service Contractor lisence?

Per pg.15 - 16 of the D365 LG, Field Service Mobile is included with the Field Service user license and the Field Service Contractor is licensed per user and includes the latest version of Field Service Mobile. 

For offline, do we have the offline USR for the mobile app in general but not the action table?

The Team that updates the LG just informed that the table on pg.16 of the December 2023 LG is incorrect because Use Rights for the Field Service Mobile Application Offline sync: use" is available for the Field Service user license as well as the Field Service Contractor license:
