User unable to acquire a Viva Goals trial license
I have a colleague who is looking to start using Viva Goals. I am in the process of buying him a new Viva Suite license.
In the interim, he is trying to start his free 60-day trial of the service, but is getting an error message that the system will not assign him a trial license. The error message just reads "We couldn't acquire a trial license. Please try again in a little while." Please see attached screenshot.
Can anybody help resolve this issue? Thank you!
Hi Evan_Hindman, It seems like you are hitting a rather unusual error. Would you please head over to admin.microsoft.com and fill out a support ticket? We need more details (e.g., the URL of the error page, and the process you tried to sign up for a trial).

- Evan_HindmanCopper ContributorHi Julie - thanks for your response. This issue appears to have resolved itself, my colleague can now access Viva Goals. Not sure what the bug what, but not re-creatable at this point. Thanks regardless!
