Use access key in MS dotnet high availability application test

Hi! 

I'm testing the following .NET application suggested by MS:

But it uses Azure Identity for login purposes. I'd like to try using Access Key instead of Azure Identity but can't figure out where and how to declare this access key and avoid Azure Identity class. 

Any help would be appreciated
