Unable to create Proper Hierarchical Structure in ADLS using ADF

While trying to create hierarchical structure in ADLS through ADF,ADLS folder name is created as YEAR=2020 and MONTH-01, but I need it as plain 2020 -->01 . I am using https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/data-factory/tutorial-data-flow-write-to-lake#hierarchical-folder-output  documentation.

My source database is Azure SQL and destination is ADLS using Hierarchical Structure 2020/01. Attaching my Dataflow Sink Settings and DataFlow Sink Optimize tab and output.

My output should be plain number(2020) but not YEAR=2020
