total newb; move on-premis filing to Azure
I want to migrate filing in the best way for the end user experience to be smooth; eg users navigate files using file explorer like they do for local shares or OneDrive. most of what I'm reading ...

- Thanks. If I go cloud only, can that be smooth for users UI? kinda like OneDrive is? Any good resources on the User Experience with the cloud only migration?
I could do the hybrid which doesn't sound hard, but one more piece of hardware to avoid if I can.
