retaining date and timestamps of folders using azure

Hello, I have a question regarding folder storage/copy/move when setting up a mapped network drive. If I move/copy a folder using a syncing program like viceversa pro program from https://www.tgrmn.com/web/viceversa.pro/new.html?camp=adc_sync to my local hard drive will the date created get preserved? similarly, If I move/copy a folder from my local hard drive into a azure mapped network drive will the date created of the folder be preserved? Does azure storage maintain and preserve the date created/date modified date & time stamps of files and date & time created of folders ? Thank you
