Can try this:

RESTOREDATABASE [YourDatabase Name] FROM URL = 'https://[YourStorage Account].blob.core.windows.net/YourContainer Name/Your Backup File Name.bak' 
MOVE '[YourData File Name]' TO '[YourData File Path]', 
MOVE '[Your Log File Name]' TO '[Your Log File Path]'
