Network security for Storage account to Storage account direct copy

I'd like to make use of "blob copying facilities provided by the Azure Storage service" to copy directly between Storage accounts.

My question is: can I use this functionality if either of my storage accounts are only accessible from within a VNet, either using service endpoint or private link?

Any guidance gratefully received.
