How to access files from blob storage

I am trying to replace a ubuntu server with Azure but not that familiar with it. I created File Storage VM(Blob) and uploading educational movies. These movie were able to be accessed on-demand with a Roku channel. The online program which creates the channel, requires a url to access the movie:

e.g. https://the.domain.net/FFiles/movie.m4v. Is there a way to use a url with the File Storage VM i created, or do I need a different type of VM?
