How do I unlock my account from a company oit of business?
I signed up with IFI Technical to manage Azure backup and they are out of business. How do I unlock my account from them and change my billing?

Not sure the reason of out of business, btw you may consult Microsoft on:
1. Regain Access to Your Azure Account
• Check Your Administrator Role: If you were listed as an administrator or have access to the account credentials, you can log in to the Azure portal and manage the account directly.
• Contact Microsoft Support: If you’re unable to access the account, reach out to Microsoft Azure support. They can help verify your identity and assist in unlocking the account. You can find support options here.
2. Update Billing Information
• Change Billing Ownership: If the account is still tied to the defunct company, you may need to transfer billing ownership. Follow the steps outlined here to transfer the subscription to your own account.
• Update Payment Details: Once you have access, navigate to Cost Management + Billing in the Azure portal to update your payment method and billing address.- jrsitmanCopper Contributor
