File Sync analisys tool

We're planning to implement cloud tiering via azure file sync and looking for information on a possible tool to analyze the current on-prem server to gather information about the files.

We need a tool to have them categorized by type, last time accessed/modified and so on to plan for a coherent "cache" settings

anyone has used something ?
