TomWiessner you were right but I guess they are charging for support included which is why it is showing 20 $ if you change to other support like developer, standard and professional direct the value changes. it is cost of basic support that is included for all products it mostly applicable for hot storage

I share with you an estimation example (https://azure.com/e/7fffc598d9ca454ca28f2c996ae2756d). As you can see all values are set to 0, in the end the upfront cost is 0$ (as expected), but the monthly cost is 20$ (I expected 0$).
