Delete Page blob automatically

hi Folks

 

i am pretty new to to azure, but so far i am writing of some on premise sql backups to azure storage.

these are stored as Page blobs, and it seems lifecycle management does not delete them based on the rules specified.

so how would you guys then suggest i manage this so that i only keep 7 days backups before full deletion
