Azure Policy related help

Hi,

I have a situation!. We have few Azure Policy initiatives(Combination of different built-in policy definitions especially Cloud Security framework Policy definitions, some of them are custom) assigned to a tenant root group scope multiple subscriptions. Now I want to apply the same initiatives to a new landing zone setup (Contains Multiple Subscriptions) under different tenant.  What is the best approach to go forward? is there any export/import option available please share the complete steps or there is any other alternative?

Previously we had Azure Devops pipelines Configured to push policy initiatives to apply to the subscription but Unfortunately the person who had access to DevOps organization have left and we have no access to that Organization where all the policies were Configured. That's why we fell into this situation.
