Azure FileSync & How to setup AD permissions on Folders iniside Azure File SHares

We have setup a fileshare on azure with Multiple Folders within this share. We use Azure File Sync to sync files from on-premise server to Azure.

Syncing from On-Premise to Azure is instant. However syncing from Azure to on-premise server happens 1 time in a day. We need to ensure this is happening at least 1 time per hour from 08:00AM to 06:00PM

How can we setup Azure File Sync to sync from Azure to on-premise file server every one hour?

As of now, all users are connected to Azure File Share using the default connection username and password while creating the file share.

How can we setup permissions for each folder within the Azure File Share. Like we need the "Designers" group to access the "Drawings" folder. "Finance" group to access the "Finance" folder.
