Unfortunately, Azure file backup doesn't provide any kind of protection from accidental deletion. But you always have an option of soft delete where you can recover with in 14 days but the problem it is going to be expensive as Azure will also charge you the cost of storage for that soft delete storage you can also use snapshot management solution refer this article
