SR-IOV Recommendations for Azure Stack HCI Cluster

HasanHasib it always make sense to use SR-IOV if possible, because you'll never know if. Recreating the networking (as you need to, for virtual switch) just to enable it is not a good idea. 

don't forget to check your UEFI and settings of NICS on SR-IOV and virtual functions (should be 127, not 8), then creating a vSwitch with SR-IOV enabled.

I would advise you to use Network ATC instead of manual config and if possible using RoCE instead of iWARP (Network ATC is not designed for iWARP), especially if your Storage is directly connected I would use RoCE as it doesn't cost you a thing. 

Unfortunately I have heard that Marvell doesn't produce these iWARP / RoCE NICs anymore.
