Seems yes, RDMA (RoCE) tests to fail across different subnets since it over Converged Ethernet requires either Layer 2 adjacency or a properly configured routable RoCEv2 environment with Priority Flow Control (PFC) and Data Center Bridging (DCB). In the absence of correct routing and switch configuration, RDMA traffic will only succeed within the same subnet.
