ThreadX / Azure RTOS Licensing for older Versions of ThreadX
With the recent announcement that ThreadX will be managed by the Eclipse Foundation under the MIT license, my team is interested in how that affects our current licenses. Our current license for an older version of ThreadX doesn't apply to new products, so how are we supposed to obtain a new license using the older version of ThreadX for these new products. Will the MIT license retroactively apply to older versions of ThreadX?
GaetanoPrudente I have tested export to EventHub that described in documentation and it works. Can you explain step by step where see nothing?
I have tested it and it works. I added Export Destination in my IoT Central app and put there SAS Key for Event Hub Namespace (Manage, Send, Listen).
In destination I added Event Hub Name.
As result I started to see data inside my Event Hub immediately as messages arrives every minute.

AustinWolf Hi Austin, you can continue to operate under your existing Express Logic agreement for the licensed legacy versions of the product. That agreement specifies the licensed software, licensed product definition, and licensed microprocessor. For all new projects, you can utilize Eclipse ThreadX which covers versions 6.x and newer. We designed Azure RTOS with a goal to provide a seamless migration path to existing Express Logic customers, since there are no API or general functionality changes. Azure RTOS/Eclipse ThreadX is fully compatible with all prior Express Logic versions.
