Purview not getting enough attention from Microsoft - Will be Decom
At this stage is clear for everybody that Microsoft is not putting the same effort in Purview as they are putting in other products like Fabric, D365 , etc.. Seems to me that in one or two years ...
My biggest issue with Purview were the so called "improvements" to eDiscovery searches. It used to be a lot easier to develop a query and then manually edit, as needed, than it is now.
Also, when only placed a Hold in the old version you'd get information on size of the info being held so one could have a reasonable idea that the Hold did in fact take place properly. Now you just get the hold was placed with no numbers.
Fortunately I'm retiring next month and won't have to deal with these issues anymore.
