PURVIEW | Sensitivity labels absent from the Office 365 suite
Hello we're having trouble setting up sensitivity labels in Microsoft Office Desktop 365.
With our Microsoft Unified support we opened an incident ref
(Purview Can not apply sensitivity label/Ticket#2401221420002405 Date opened 1/22/2024, 3:13:17 PM) but the Microsoft support teams haven't answered us for 8 days !

To sum up, the sensitivity labels are present for the same user in Office Online but not in the Desktop part.
Any ideas?
