Information Protection popup for ALL external emails

Hi,

I need to know how i can implement a popup, to all users, whenever they send an external email.

The idea is for a popup to appear, for them to confirm that they in fact, want to send this email to an external entity.

something like this.

or via oversharing pop ups IF they do the same..

    Thank you for posting your question here. I am hoping to help you implement this pop-up as desired, but could you please help provide a little clarification? Do you want this pop-up to appear for ALL emails being sent externally, or only if they contain specific information?

    I'm sorry for the delayed response on this. Yes, you should be able to configure an exchange-based DLP policy such as the one below to meet your needs here:

      unfortunatelly it doesn't seems to work, even though i have the oversharing popup configured (the reg key) mentioned in the documentantion and altough i have the MIP agent, it appears a policy tip inside the email, but NO pop-up as shown in the example
