Creating custom lineage with column mapping with process and between datasets

Hi All, I have created custom lineage using pyapacheatlas and excel templates. I like the possibility of bulk upload but when column mapping is created with process in between then there is no possibility to edit lineage on column level from the Data Map view. When you manually create lineage between two DataSet entities, then this can be easily edited vie the GUI. Any ideas how this should be done to upload lineage from templates and allow users to maintain it through GUI?
