    Until recently, there was no known method to delete Teams meeting transcripts using retention policies. However, there is a glimpse of hope as the change to the locations where Teams meeting transcripts are stored, could allow the use of retention policies to delete the transcripts.

     

    The updated message center, MC726122, has more information.

     

    The associated Microsoft 365 roadmap ID is 365720
