Hello Vishal!Thank you for reaching out!
Currently Purview doesn't support connecting to Snowflake using key-pair authentication. Currently, what is supported is the basic authentication with.
There is no official information about adding key-pair authentication as a future feature, but I would encourage that you can keep an eye on Microsoft's documentation for updates:

Meanwhile, allow me to reach out to the product team to understand the status of this feature and I can revert on any updates on the thread.
Snowflake already has announced the time schedule for deprecation of password-only sign-in.
