Configuring Alerts for Sensitivity Label Modifications in Microsoft Purview
Hello everyone,
I am currently working with Microsoft Purview and I would like to configure alerts that notify me via email whenever a sensitivity label is modified by a user, whether authorized or not.
I’m looking for a native configuration option for this or any alternative solutions using Power Automate, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps (MDCA), or any other tool that might be suitable.
If anyone has already implemented such a mechanism or can provide guidance or documentation, I would greatly appreciate your help!
Thanks in advance for your responses.
You can set up the Microsoft Purview Information Protection connector with Sentinel and generate you own alerts for the audit log record type AipSensitivityLabelAction.
