AIP Scanner against SMB file share "Last Modified By" field is empty

I have setup AIP scanner and have a CSV file report after the scan finshed but it is missing the data for "Last Modified By", has anyone seen this behavior before that can help?

I have not been able to find any info, warnings or errors in the scanner log file that offer any clues.
