Once you've followed that learning path and attained the certification, you should look at AZ-220 - Azure IoT Developer Speciality (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/certifications/azure-iot-developer-specialty/) which will give you more details on implementing your IoT solution in Azure.
