Download PITR or LTR configured SQL db backup copies

I believed no, backup copies created through Point-in-Time Restore (PITR) or Long-Term Retention (LTR) in Azure SQL Database (PaaS) are not available for direct download. These backups can only be restored within the Azure environment. For scenarios requiring external portability, consider exporting the database to a BACPAC file, or utilize Azure SQL Managed Instance if native .bak backup and restore functionality is required.
