MicrosoftAzure User Expresses Concern
A customer opened ticket SR#2407190040010082 as their consumption sku APIM service was stuck updating:
Now that the service has exited that "updating" status I am able to resume working with it...
Below the recommandations by Microsoft:
- Manual certificate refresh: Use the “Fetch key vault secret” button or re-upload the cert manually to trigger an update.
- Avoid expired certs: If multiple custom domains have expired certs, remove them all before re-adding with valid ones.
- Monitor update status: Use Azure Resource Health or Activity Logs to track changes and detect stuck states early.
