SQL Managed Instance maintenance events

Hi all, 

I'm looking at how best to pull maintenance events from Log Analytics for our SQL Managed Instances. I am aware that these events occur, but would like to be able to map them so we can align to some issues we're having with a consuming application. 

I'm pushing all log output to Log Analytics, but I'm not sure if there is something specific I can query.
