Permission denied

Hi all, 

Could anyone explain why I cant access /etc/opt/microsoft/omsagent/[WorkspaceID]/conf/omsagent.d/security_events.conf ? Keeps comining up as Permission Denied. I need to access this to check CEF scripts.
