oracle database - 19C monitoring in Azure

Hi Folk, 

Is there any native solution from azure using which we can  monitor oracle 19C database (primary, secondary node) & replication happening using Oracle Data Guard? Can this be monitored using Application Insight? We have recently migrated an On-premise application to Azure & customer looking for native Azure monitor functionality to monitor the application, oracle database etc. Earlier in On-premise, customer was natively using Oracle OEM (Oracle Enterprise Manager) for Oracle DB monitoring. 

I am looking for following metrics to be monitored at the minimum:

• Oracle Database Metrics.
• General Metrics.
• DB availability, Replication status etc.
• Activity Deadlock Metrics.
• Activity Disk Metrics.
• Activity Locks Metrics.
• Activity Processes Metrics.
• Activity Sessions Metrics.
• Activity Throughput Metrics.

Kindly advise at the earliest.
