How to analyse the missing timeframe logs

Maybe something like
| summarize _count = count() by bin(TimeGenerated, 1m)
| extend _alive=iff(_count > 1, true, false)
| summarize _count = count() by bin(TimeGenerated, 1m)
| extend _alive=iff(_count > 1, true, false)
