Getting Connection timed out and SocketTimeoutException frequently

Hi Team,
When we try to get data from Azure APIs we are frequently facing Connection timedout and SocketTimeout Exceptions. We have seen this exception for Azure Insight API(/providers/microsoft.insights)  and get virtual machine API and many others while we try to pull the data. May i know any reason why we are facing this issue.
