Export NSG rules more than 90 days with details like rule owner created date

I am not getting solution to get NSG rules export more than 90 days with audit details like the rule creater name/email address/modification/created date etc

I have a script to get all NSG rules exists but unable to get owner names and date column in it

few team mates created rules 6 months - 2 years back and we got mail about vulneribility and we don't know the dependency of those rules who created them and date time and everything
